Extractor

Extractors allow the extraction of raw liquids & gases from the surface of an entity.

For an extractor to operate, it must:
   • Be provided with power along a conduit.
   • Be provided with workers along a road.
   • Be directly adjacent to a series of yards with room available to output materials into.
