Yards act as extendable storage for materials.

Adjacent yard tiles will act together as one yard.

A series of connected yards can have all available spaces filled up with a material from the cargo bay in one action.

A series of connected yards can be have all of one type of material collected from them in one action if the desired material is hovered over.

Yards do not have any requirements to function.
