Commander

A Commander is assigned to a ship upon launch, and as such, cannot be dismissed - they are crucial for all basic ship functions.

Can do the following:
• Pilot the ship between systems
• Pilot the ship between entities
• Pilot the ship around an entity
• Initiate self destruct sequence
• Manage a fleet of ships from the bridge
