Petroop pump

Petroop can be purchased for a small fee at petroop pumps.

They are usually found at petroop stations which sometimes orbit planets, but occasionally space stations are equiped with them as well.

Petroop pumps require placement on an entity with a sufficiently high science, tourism or production rating or placement on a space station to operate.
