Petroop charger

Petroop charges can be purchased for a small fee at petroop chargers.

They are usually found at petroop stations which sometimes orbit planets, but occasionally space stations are equiped with them as well.

Petroop chargers require placement on an entity with a sufficiently high science, tourism or production rating or placement on a space station to operate.
