Lt. Commander

A Lt. Commander can perform more low-level functions on the ship that are not deemed mission-critical.

Can do the following:
• Pilot the ship between entities
• Pilot the ship around an entity
• Beam things onto the ship
• Beam things off the ship
• Scan entities from the bridge
• Jam frequencies from the bridge
• Pilot the ship to ram an entity from the bridge
• Pilot the ship away from an entity from the bridge
• Pilot the ship to evade an entity from the bridge
• Adjust orbit from the bridge
• Fire futons from an airlock
• Fire weapons from the bridge
• Destroy a tile on an entity
• Initiate self destruct sequence
